What?

Political polling is a method of collecting and analyzing information about the population’s attitudes towards political parties, candidates, specific issues and societal issues. Using structured data collection, we can map what different groups of voters think, and how their party preferences have changed over time.

At InFact, we offer tailor-made survey designs that are tailored to your insight needs. In our political polls, we typically map which party respondents would vote for if there were parliamentary or municipal elections tomorrow, and which party they voted for in the previous parliamentary or municipal elections. We also collect information on background variables such as gender, age and geographic location.

Quantitative methods

Such methods involve collecting numerical data. The goal here is to analyze the relationship between variables using statistical techniques. By quantifying your customers’ opinions and experiences, these methods provide clear, numerical answers to how different factors affect customer satisfaction.

At InFact, we offer the following main forms of quantitative methods for conducting customer and member surveys:

  • Automated telephone interviews (nationally representative and local)
  • Web interviews based on customer lists
  • Web interviews based on nationally representative respondent panels
Qualitative methods

Qualitative methods involve collecting qualitative and non-numerical data that provides the basis for in-depth analyses of the satisfaction of different target groups. Such methods are particularly useful when you want to explore complex relationships and understand the underlying causes of customer satisfaction.

At InFact, we offer the following main forms of qualitative methods for conducting customer and member surveys:

  • In-depth interviews (physical and digital)
  • Focus groups (physical and digital)
  • Mobile ethnography/digital diaries
  • Overview analyses/desk research
